Wang Zhihong, a man convicted of causing two deaths by poisoning food in a school canteen in Chancheng County in China's Henan Province, was executed. It was reported that Wang had an argument with the school principal in October of 2000 and mixed the poison in the food to put the latter in trouble. Apart from the two victims, 48 students and teachers suffered food poisoning.
