YEMENI COURT SENTENCES MAN TO PUBLIC EXECUTION FOR CHILD RAPE AND MURDER

the Sana'a Criminal Court in Yemen ordered an adult executed in public for the rape and murder of an 11 year old child. The court convicted the barber of raping and killing Hamdi al-Qabas and sentenced him to death.
The Judge Mohsin Alwan ordered the man to be executed in public. Raghwa was found guilty of raping and killing the child Hamdi early December 2008 during the vacation of Eid al-Adha.
