A man was sentenced to death for "cold-bloodedly" murdering three people in eastern Uzbekistan, the Uzbek newspaper Inson va Qonun reported

A man was sentenced to death for "cold-bloodedly" murdering three people in eastern Uzbekistan, the Uzbek newspaper Inson va Qonun reported.
Mamur Toliboyev, who had a previous conviction, murdered an old woman and a deaf couple in their own homes. Posing as a friendly visitor, he entered their homes to take their money, the newspaper said.
The Fergana Regional court heard "conclusive evidence of premeditation" in the killing of the three people by Mamur Toliboyev, and sentenced him to capital punishment, it said.
