Death row academic Hashem Aghajari filed a complaint against the Judiciary with the Majlis Article 90 Commission, IRNA quoted the press as saying. Commission Rapporteur Davoud Hassanzadegan was quoted as saying that Aghajari in his complaint called attention to several violations during the proceedings of his case, including changing the judge investigating the case for unknown reasons.
