INDIA: DEATH SENTENCES AWARDED IN ROHTAS

sources said that a fast track court in Sasaram, Rohtas, India, recently awarded capital punishment to a woman for the first time in the state for kidnapping and killing a boy of Karup under the Karahagar police station of the district. No further details were provided. Two month backs, the same court ordered the hanging of an accused for raping and killing a five year old girl of Dawath village.
