IRAN - 3 men executed in Ilam prison on January 19

Hamed Manouchehri, Sobhan Shohani and Mohammad Karim-Nezhad executed in Ilam Central Prison on January 19, 2022.
At dawn on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, three Kurd inmates; Hamed Manouchehri, Sobhan Shohani and Mohammad Karim-Nezhad were executed in Ilam Central Prison on charge of murder. Hengaw human rights organization reported that Hamed Manouchehri from Mehran was detained two years ago on charge of murder, Sobhan Shohani and Mohammad Karim-Nezhad from Ilam were detained on charge of murder four and seven years ago respectively. Later, Hrana gave the same news, but spelled the names differently: Hamed Manoochehri, Sobhan Shoohani and Mohammad Karim-Nejad. Also KHRN gave the news. The Kurdistan Human Rights Network wrote the names as: Hamed Manouchehri, Sobhan Shohani, and Mohammad Karimnezhad.
