IRAN - 3 more4 executions in Karaj on November 28

November 28, 2023 - According to IHR and Hrana, 7 men were executed in Ghezel Hasar prison of Karaj on November 28.
The Ong both identified 4 of the executed men as Ayoub Karimi, Hamid (Hamed) Bakhshayesh, Eghbal (Iqbal) Fathollahi and Mohsen Amraie (Amrai).
The two NGOs believe another 3 men were executed. One was identified as Bagher (Baqer) Mohammadi, convicted of drug crimes by the Malard Revolutionary Court, together with a co-defendant, also executed on the same day, but whose name is not yet known.
Even the dates are not entirely clear, in the various news published by the NGOs they fluctuate between 27, 28 and 29 November. In Ghezel Hasar prison in November there were multiple executions on November 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd. If there were to be a constant, then the most likely date for the 5th multiple execution would be the 29th.
