According to information obtained by IHR, a man was executed in Salmas Prison on 14 November. His identity has been established Arman Babazadeh Ayan, a Turkish citizen from the village of Ayan, who was sentenced for murder.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by Iranian media.
