IRAN. CONVICTED MURDERER HANGED

an Iranian man convicted of murder was hanged in southern Kerman province. The man, Ali Pourmohiabadi, was hanged at the crime scene in the town of Mohiabad. According to a local judge he had burnt the body of his victim, Hossein Iranmanesh, and hurled it into a well in 2001.
He was also convicted of robbery and adultery had been flogged before execution.
