A man was hanged for murder charges at the central prison of Bandar Abbas on December 15. According to IHR sources, prisoner Davoud Shams (37) was hanged on the morning of December 15, 2019. “Davoud was from the northern Iranian city of Sari. He was in prison for four years before the execution for murdering a man. Davoud was a plumber working in a construction field. He killed his boss while fighting over a financial dispute,” a well-informed source told IHR.
