Four people were hanged in the prison of Kerman, southeast of Iran, according to the state-run Iranian news agency ISNA.
The men were identified as "Hamid K." convicted of selling and buying 200 kilograms of opium, "Ghasem B." for carrying 44 kilograms of heroin, "Hossein J." for carrying 96 kilograms and 800 grams of opium and a previous charge of buying 33 kilograms of opium, and "Siamak M." for carrying and keeping 30 kilograms and 500 grams of crack.
