According to IHR, one of the prisoners was identified as Saber Mokhalad Mowaneh, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison for membership in Kurdish political party and to death for a murder committed in 2009. The two other prisoners were identified as Sattar Alipour and Ali Eghbaljou, both charged with murder.
Another prisoner was hanged in the prison of Qazvin. According to the official website of the Iranian Judiciary in Qazvin, the prisoner was a young man identified as A. Kimasi, who was charged with a murder he allegedly had committed in 2010.
