IRAN: FOUR PRISONERS HANGED IN TWO DIFFERENT IRANIAN PRISONS

between 12 and 13 August, four prisoners were hanged in two different Iranian prisons, according to state run media. On 12 August, a 28-year-old prisoner, who was identified as Gh. H., was executed in the prison of Amol. He was charged with murder, reported the newspaper Mardomsalary. On 13 August, another three prisoners were executed in the prison of Bandar Abbas, reported the news agency IRNA. They were identified as Y. H., 48 and Y. R., who were charged with rape and kidnapping, and M. T., who was charged with murder.
