IRAN: KURDISH POLITICAL PRISONER EXECUTED

Fasih (Fateh) Yasmini was executed in Khoy, Iran, without his lawyer being advised. He was arrested for clashes against PJAK and the Iranian security forces in Hendavan village, near Khoy, in February 2008. It is unknown if Fasih was actually involved in the conflict. Authorities have not returned his body to his family.
