According to information received by Hengaw, Mohsen Teymouri (Mohsen Teimuri), a 40-year-old man from Rasht, was executed at dawn on January 6, 2026, at Lakan Detention Facility. Sources familiar with the case stated that he had been arrested approximately two years earlier on drug-related charges.
The execution of this prisoner has not been officially announced by state media.
