November 27, 2024 - IRAN. Morteza Pashayi (Pashaei) executed in Tabriz on November 27
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man executed in Tabriz Central Prison on 27 November. His identity has been established as Morteza Pashayi, 34, sentenced to death for drug-related offences. He was transferred to solitary confinement in preparation for his execution the day prior. At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.
