the prosecutor-general of Iran’s capital Tehran said that death penalty awaits the producers of immoral [pornographic] videos. Mortazavi said: “Those who produce immoral films by deceiving others will be charged with rape and their verdict will be a death sentence.”
He said a special branch had been established to probe into such matters.
“Since the issue is very sensitive, the sentence for the arrested people will be issued and executed in the shortest time possible,” he added.
