Sixth execution reported in Karaj (Ghezel Hesar) on Jan. 8.

Previously Hrana and Hengaw reported that five executions took place Jan. 8 at Ghezel Hesar prison in Karaj. On Jan. 14, IHR published the news that there would be 6 executions. In addition to the 5 already reported, 4 identified men and an unidentified Afghan charged with murder, another unidentified Afghan accused of drug offenses would also be hanged. HoC is not certain about this sixth execution, which could arise from the confusion of news reported in 3 takes from different sources and with references to “unidentified” men.
