two teenage boys who had just turned 18 were taken to be hanged in the early morning for a crime they were alleged to have committed when they were under 18. The two were only identified by their first names, Vahid and Sina. It was only after having the noose put round their necks, and as Vahid was about to be hoisted into the air, that relatives of the person reportedly killed by the two boys called for the execution to be halted.
