IRAN. TWO HANGED FOR MURDERING CHILD

two men found guilty of kidnapping and murdering a nine-year-old boy on Iran's Gulf island of Kish have been hanged, a newspaper reported.
The daily Etemad named the killers only as Ali and Hassan, and said the abduction and murder took place last year.
It did not say when or where the men were executed.
The two, who had demanded a 150-million-rial (11,500-euro) ransom from the boy's parents, were hanged after their death sentence was confirmed by the supreme court, the newspaper said.
