Frankline Muriuki’s appeal against his death sentence was dismissed by Judges Emmanuel O’Kubasu, Erastus Githinji and Daniel Aganyanya of the Kenyan Court of Appeal. They found he robbed residents of Kooje estate in Meru Central district on September 8, 2001. An appeal against his 2002 conviction was dismissed by the High Court in 2008.
