Michael Pambou, first president of the Court of Appeal of Pointe-Noire sentenced to death Nkaya Miyalou Guy Euloge and Mabengué Mabengué Ndosso Jean Richard. Both were also sentenced to pay a sum of 95 million CFA francs to the heirs of the victims and to Mbemba Ngangoula Jeansule, the survivor of their crime committed on 6 and 7 August in the district Socoprise of Pointe-Noire. The two men were convicted of murder and complicity in the murder of Mouandza Ette Taliane, Matondo Delgani Ngoma Ngoma and Juliana well as the attempted murder of Mbemba Jeansule.
