the Kano state High Court in Nigeria sentenced three suspected murderers to death by hanging for conspiracy, robbery and the murder of a man named Manu Mariri.

the Kano state High Court in Nigeria sentenced three suspected murderers to death by hanging for conspiracy, robbery and the murder of a man named Manu Mariri. Justice Dije Aboki sentenced Nafiu Saidu, Ismail Musa and Mohammed Gaddafi to death under sections 259 (A) and 221 of the penal code. Aboki sentenced the three suspects three years imprisonment and hard labour for the first charge, for the robbery they were sentenced to five years imprisonment and for the culpable homicide she sentenced them to death by hanging. Delivering the judgement, Justice Aboki said the prosecution had proved the case beyond doubt.
