the branch 16 of Urmia general court, in Iran, has sentenced a political prisoner to death. According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Saber Mokhlad Mavane from Urmia who had been arrested in summer 2012 on charge of supporting Komala and was sentenced to 4 years in prison has been sentenced to death by the branch 16 of the general court of Urmia on charge of murder. He is now imprisoned in ward 3 of Urmia central prison.
