The opposition Iranian "Resistance Council" called on Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel to cancel his talks in Iran.
Schuessel's talks with the Iranian leadership would "encourage the mullahs in their oppressive policy, and the export of terrorism", said a statement published in Vienna.
The statement said that in Iran, Schuessel would meet with mullahs who were responsible for the execution of at least 120,000 political prisoners and torture of 500,000 others.
