The terrorist organization, PKK [Kurdistan Workers' Party], has executed seven persons for "criticizing the leader." Approximately four months ago, the organization established a prison in a place called Dereyatagi in the Pirbela region [in northern Iraq], and announced the establishment of this prison to all organization members in order to deter them. Approximately 200 PKK members are incarcerated in this prison, that eighty-nine terrorists are dying every month because of torture and negligence. PKK members are being held in the prison for reasons such as criticizing the organization, appropriating the money collected for the organization, failing to fulfil the duties assigned to them, raping female members of the PKK, and claiming that the PKK is being exploited by Iran and Syria.
