THREE HANGED FOR CHILD MURDER- IRANIAN PAPER

three men were hanged for the murder of children from Zamanabad village in the Malayer region in Iran. Manuchehr Tork, Mohammad Reza Tork and Safarali Varmazyar, November 6, 2005, stabbed three children in their village to death in an act of family-related of revenge. According to National Council of Resistance of Iran, Mohammad Reza Tork was minor at the time of the crime. The murder victims were Javad Varmazyar, 10, Hasan Malamir, 12, and Yusef Malamir, 15.
The men’s file was examined by various judicial authorities over the past two years. Ultimately, the province's penal court sentenced them to death and the sentences were carried out after being upheld by the Supreme Court. The sentences were carried out in Hamadan's central prison in the presence of the families of the victims and judicial, security and law enforcement officials, as well as a number of reporters.
