According to the prosecutor of Iranshahr, Kazem Karamzehi was repeatedly charged with smuggling heroin, and Mohammad Rigi was charged with smuggling, trafficking and possessing 119 kg of opium and 22 kg of heroin. Both were sentenced to death by hanging. After the top judiciary department's approval of the verdict, their execution was carried out in Iranshahr's prison.
