Two men convicted of kidnapping, raping and murdering a six-year-old boy were publicly hanged in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz. The two, identified as Mojtaba Amiri and Aziz Mardani, reportedly carried out the crime several months previously. After raping the boy, they were said to have chopped up his body into small pieces.
