A Contra Costa County jury has decided the death sentence for Darryl Kemp. The same jury convicted Kemp, 72, on Dec. 4 of murdering Armida Wiltsey, 40, on Nov. 28, 1978. Superior Court Judge John Kennedy will formally sentence Kemp on March 20. Kemp is already serving a life sentence in Texas for raping several women.
