Steven Wolf sentenced to death
The jury unanimously recommended the death penalty for Wolf after finding him guilty of 1st-degree murder and sexual battery in the Nov. 21, 2018 death of Michelle Osborne, 51. The final decision whether to follow the unanimous recommendation of the jury will be made by the 16th Judicial Circuit Judge Mark H. Jones, who presided over the case.
