Witnesses said to have seen members of a right-wing paramilitary squad to kill 10 people. Four of the victims were in a billiard hall when they were summoned by the gunmen and then shot execution style. Five others were killed elsewhere in San Pedro, a community of 25 families located 200 miles of Bogota. Three other people were wounded, including a woman who died while being taken to the nearby town of Santander de Quilachao.
