Zakareya Ahmed Khalil al-Ghandour, 61, was killed in Gaza City after he fled Gaza Central Prison. He sustained several bullet wounds to the head, chest, and legs. His dead body was located at the al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza city. Detained on account of collaboration with the enemy, al-Ghandour had been acquitted of all charges by a military court on October 16, 2008.
