Zinat al-Sadat, a 34 year old nurse convicted of murder, was executed by hanging in a Tehran prison, the Etemad newspaper reported.
She had been found guilty of strangling a 70-year-old man and his 11-year-old grandson with a rope in 1999. It was reported that she had been caring for the man and had decided to strangle him in order to steal from him.
