A convict identified as Abdul Quader alias Kela Quader, 30, was sentenced to death for killing another prisoner in 1999. According to the prosecution, prisoner Abdul Quader slaughtered his compatriot Mohammad Alam, 25, inside the jail on March 14, 1999.
