A jury in Madison has decided Jorge Galindo deserves the death penalty for the 2002 murders of 5 people at the US Bank in Norfolk. The jury deliberated for a little more than an hour before deciding that Galindo was guilty of 25 of the 25 aggravating circumstances. That means he qualifies for the death penalty. Now, he will come before a panel of 3 judges that will decide if he will receive the death penalty or life in prison. The same jury found Galindo guilty of 5 counts of 1st-degree murder and 8 other felonies last Wednesday for his part in the murders at on Sept. 26, 2002.
