A jury in St. Louis County Circuit Court decided that Andre Cole should die by injection for the murder of Anthony Curtis on Aug. 21, 1998. The jury convicted Cole of first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of Curtis at a house in north St. Louis County. The jury also convicted Cole of assault and two counts of armed criminal action. Sentencing is set for March 9 before Judge David Lee Vincent III.
