a local fast track court in Aurangabad, India, sentenced three people to death in connection with a kidnapping and murder case. The accused, Kameshwar Singh, Arjun Singh and Upendra Singh, of Jharkhand, abducted and killed Tejpratap, the six year old nephew of former RJD MLA of Navinagar Bhim Kumar Yadav, on September 30, 2006. Earlier, two other accused were awarded capital punishment in the same case by another court.
