A man who killed 3 children in the mistaken belief that their sister set up his brother for a gang hit was executed. Riley Dobi Noel, 31, was pronounced dead by injection at 9:07 p.m.. Jurors sentenced Noel to die after finding that he killed the 3 children on June 4, 1995. According to prosecutors, Noel and others burst into a Little Rock home looking for Yashica Young, whom Noel believed had set up his brother, Cornelius "Skeeter" Ganaway. When he couldn't find her, he shot Malak Hussain, 10; Mustafa Hussain, 12; and Marcell Young, 17. Noel becomes the 1st condemned inmate to be put to death this year in Arkansas and the 44th this year in the USA.
