Abdullah Othman Ashur al-Tareqi, a Mali national convicted of murdering a compatriot in Saudi Arabia, was beheaded by sword in the capital Riyadh. He had been sentenced to death for murdering Othman Abubaker Othman Komo with a metal object following a dispute.
