a speedy trial tribunal in Dhaka, Bangladesh, sentenced three siblings to death penalty and four people to life imprisonment for killing a businessman. The convicts, all brothers, identified as Shamsul Haque, 28, Mozammel, 26, and Delwar Hossain, 24, of Kazibari village in Kalihati, Tangail district, were also fined Tk 50,000 each. According to the prosecution, the accused killed co-villager Mofiz, 26, on March 3, 2003 due to business rivalry.
