A three-judge panel imposed the death sentence on Stanley Fitzpatrick, 34, for the June 2001 killing of Doreatha Hayes, and her 12-year-old daughter, Shenay. The 3-judge panel - Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Patrick Dinkelacker and fellow Common Pleas Court Judges Dennis Helmick and Ann Marie Tracey - set Fitzpatrick's execution date for June 7 but that is likely to be pushed back.
