Amnesty International appealed to China to spare the lives of convicted drug offenders after the country executed scores of people this week to mark a UN anti-narcotics day.
The London-based rights group said it feared 13 drug offenders were to be "imminently executed", as authorities press ahead with an anti-drug crackdown.
