Ankara State Security Court (DGM) no:1 sentenced three terrorists of the Hezbollah organization to death penalty.
The court sentenced Mehmet Emin Alpsoy, Mustafa Gurluer and Seyhmus Alpsoy, who were reported to be in military flank of the organization, to capital punishment under Article 146/1 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) which is about "distoring constitutional and fundamental order of the state."
