BANGLADESH. FUGITIVE SENTENCED TO DEATH ARRESTED IN MUNSHIGANJ

Faruq, a fugitive who had been sentenced to death on July 12, 2005, was arrested near his home in Bagra village in Bangladesh’s Srinagar district. Faruq had been sentenced to death in absentia together with 14 others for the murder of UP chairman Monowar Ali and four others in Bagra.
