Baoji Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Shaanxi Province, sentenced to death Xu Baosheng and Xia Jialing, managers of Baoji Finance Security Company for embezzlement of public funds and accepting bribes. In 1995, according to the courts, Xu and Xia accepted 2m yuan in bribes from Hong Tao, Chairman of Xiamen Hongya Enterprises.
