Chechen Interior Minister Aydamir Abalayev reported the shooting of 11 hostages in the Russian PAP 5 concentration camp situated in the city of Dzhokhar [Groznyy]. Abalayev said that the Chechen Interior Ministry had the names of only four executed persons. These were Ibragimov Kabul, a resident of Dzhokhar, Sinbarigov Duda, a resident of Dzhokhar, Davletmirzoyev Sultanbek, a resident of Shali, and Dzhambulatov Said, a resident of Urus-Martan.
