Chen Mingliang, 52, from Yuzhong District, and Yong, 43, from Shapingba, were executed in China for crimes including organising crime syndicates and prostitution, drugs related crimes and bribery. On February 3, 2010 the third Intermediate People’s Court of Chongqing sentenced them to death, deprived them of political rights for life and confiscated their property. On May 18, 2010, the Chongqing Municipal Higher People’s Court upheld the verdict.
