China's Supreme People's Court upheld the death sentences of Filipino nationals Ramon Credo, Sally Ordinario-Villanueva and Elizabeth Batain for smuggling between four and six kilos of heroin into China in 2008. The executions, scheduled for February, were stayed after the Philippino Government requested a review of the case.
