CHINA: MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH AGAIN

the Zhaotong Provincial Higher People's Court in southwest China's Yunnan Province sentenced Li Changkui to death. The same court previously sentenced Li to death with a two-year reprieve in March, leading the public to call for a harsher punishment. Li allegedly raped Wang Jiafei, 19, before killing her and her three-year-old brother Wang Jiahong in Yingge village in on May 16, 2009, after she turned down his marriage proposal.
